11月11日，教育部举行新闻发布会。教育部政策法规司司长张文斌在会上介绍，学前教育法规定地方各级人民政府，应当推动适龄儿童在其父母或者其他监护人的工作或者居住的地区方便就近接受学前教育；学前儿童入园，不得组织任何形式的考试或者测试。规范保教活动，强调坚持保育和教育相结合的原则，科学实施保育和教育活动，不得教授小学阶段的课程内容。(记者 程宇）
