对此，上海市嘉定区教育局回应称：家园沟通是幼儿园的一项重要工作，也是幼儿教师的一项基本技能和工作职责，良好的沟通是实现家园共育的有力保障。经了解，该幼儿园建立家园联系群，其目的是通过加强沟通，促进家园优质互动，形成家园共育目标，但其家园沟通的方式较局限不够多样化。区教育局已指出问题并指导该幼儿园展开调研，了解教师想法，共商有效途径，优化家园联系方式，既满足家长需求，又为家园沟通工作减负增效。
